1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and engaging our outsourcing services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Description
Rexen Consultancy provides comprehensive outsourcing solutions. We handle the entire hiring lifecycle to provide you with dedicated, UK-market trained professionals. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Simplified Recruitment & Onboarding
Provision of professionals in Logistics, Accounting, Sales, Web Design, Procurement, and Admin.
Full equipment and management of your remote team.
Transparent reporting and dedicated communication lines.
All services are provided at the all-inclusive rate as specified in your Service Agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear instructions, necessary information, and reasonable access to systems required for your dedicated professional to perform their duties.
You are responsible for the day-to-day management and task allocation for your dedicated professional(s).
You agree not to directly solicit, hire, or contract with any employee or contractor introduced by Rexen Consultancy during the term of this agreement and for a period of 12 months thereafter.
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are based on an all-inclusive rate per professional, billed monthly in advance.
Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt.
Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
5. Data Security and Confidentiality
We guarantee data security through our multi-layered protection systems as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information received from the other party.
6. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed by your dedicated professional in the course of their duties for you, and as directed by you, shall be your property. Background IP belonging to either party remains the property of that party.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is." While we strive to provide the highest quality professionals, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexen Consultancy's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the six months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with a 30-day written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for breach of these terms, including non-payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
